Alohause Referral Program Terms & Conditions

Alohause World, LLC

1. Scope

This Referral Program ("Program") is offered solely by Alohause WorldLLC ("Company") and applies exclusively to current tenants residing inAlohause's New York City accommodations (collectively, "QualifiedAccommodations"). This Program does not extend to any other city orcountry in which Alohause operates.

2. Definitions

• Referrer: A current tenant (Alohause active tenant) of a QualifiedAccommodation who participates in the Program by referringnew tenants
• Referral: A new tenant who joins Alohause and rents a QualifiedAccommodation through the Program.

3. Referral Eligibility

To qualify as a Referral under this Program, the referred tenant must:

• Secure a lease agreement for a Qualified Accommodation with aminimum stay of one (1) month.

Referrals will receive a discount on their service fees based on thelength of their stay according to the following schedule:

Referrers will receive a discount on their last invoice based on the number of successful referrals they achieve during his stay accordingto the following schedule:

6. Successful Referral Definition 

A successful referral is defined as a referred tenant who:

• Meets the minimum stay requirement outlined in Section 3.
• Has paid the service fee and the first invoice (paid up to 15 daysafter booking)
• Referral and Referrer will receive a communication from theCompany to confirm that the booking has been made accordingto the Program and discounts will be applied.

7. Referral Discount Application

The Referral's discount will be applied solely to their service fees. If theReferral does not complete the full booked stay, any discountedamount exceeding their actual stay will be deducted from any otheroutstanding balance owed by the Referral.

8. Program Eligibility

To participate in this Program, both the Referrer and the Referral must:

• Comply with all applicable municipal, state, and national lawsregarding tenancy.
• Be current on all rent payments and adhere to the terms outlinedin their sublease agreements with Alohause.
• Referral must let the Company know that he has entered theProgram by the Referrer before signing his agreement with theCompany for the Qualified Accommodations.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Program is provided "as is" and "as available." The Companymakes no warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding theProgram, including without limitation, warranties of merchantability,fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

10. Termination

The Company reserves the right to terminate the Program or modifythese Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.

11. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed inaccordance with the laws of the State of New York, without regard to itsconflict of laws principles.

12. Entire Agreement

These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement betweenthe parties regarding the Program and supersede all prior orcontemporaneous communications, representations, or agreements,whether oral or written.

13. Severability

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is held to be invalid orunenforceable, such provision shall be struck and the remainingprovisions shall remain in full force and effect.

14. Waiver

No waiver of any breach of any provision of these Terms andConditions shall constitute a waiver of any other or prior breach.

By participating in the program, both the referrer and the referral agree to bound by these terms and conditions.
